We do not accept exchanges. Returns are accepted at the customer’s expense (customer covers return shipping costs) unless an item is deemed defective under our Defective Items policy. (View defective items section below.)
If an item is returned opened, used, or damaged, a 15% restocking fee will apply because items that have been opened or used cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

If a customer wants to return an item because they changed their mind and the cancellation window has passed:
Defective items may be eligible for a return label and store credit only (minus shipping costs and fees) if reported within 5 days of delivery.
A defective item is defined as a manufacturing issue and does not include damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or customer error.

Once the defect is confirmed, a return label will be provided. Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Store credit is issued to the customer’s account and the email address used at checkout.
All approved refunds of any kind will only reflect the value paid of the returned item(s) only.
Original shipping costs, Route Shipping Protection fees, and any additional service fees are non-refundable.
An additional 15% restocking fee will be applied when applicable.
Route is an optional shipping protection service that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Nyche Hair is not responsible for shipping issues once an order leaves our facility. Route exists to protect customers from carrier-related issues outside of our control.
If a package is returned by the carrier, a refund (if approved) will be issued minus all shipping costs and fees.
Customers who initiate multiple chargebacks or abuse our policies may be permanently banned from placing future orders.
Orders flagged as medium to high fraud risk are immediately canceled.
