Returns and exchanges are accepted at the customer’s expense, unless an item is deemed defective under our Defective Items policy.
If an item is returned opened, used, or damaged, a 15% restocking fee will apply because items that have been opened or used cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
If a customer wants to return an item because they changed their mind and the cancellation window has passed:
Defective items may be eligible for a return label and store credit only if reported within 7 days of delivery.
A defective item is defined as a manufacturing issue and does not include damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or customer error.
Once photo proof is reviewed and the defect is confirmed, a return label will be provided. After the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Store credit is issued to the customer’s account and the email address provided at checkout on the original order.
Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.
All refunds, regardless of reason, are issued minus shipping costs and fees.
Shipping fees, Route protection fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Route is an optional shipping protection service that helps cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Nyche Hair is not responsible for shipping issues once an order leaves our facility. Customers who add Route may file a claim for eligible shipping-related issues.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier, a refund (if approved) will be issued minus all shipping costs and fees.
Orders totaling $80 or more may require a signature upon delivery.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Customers who initiate multiple chargebacks or abuse our policies may be permanently banned from placing future orders.
Orders flagged as medium to high fraud risk are immediately canceled.
