Cancellations can be made ONLY WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order unless your order has already finished processing within those 24 hours, whichever comes first.

Once an order has completed processing or has passed the 24-hour window, it cannot be canceled.

We process orders quickly and therefore cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel a subscription before renewal if they do not wish to continue.

Subscriptions may be canceled or modified after two (2) complete billing cycles. You may manage your subscription through:

• Your customer account
• The “Manage Subscriptions” button on our homepage
• Your order confirmation email

Promotional subscription pricing applies only during the promotion period. Once the promotion ends, future subscription orders will revert to the original standard price.

Pre-orders are for items that are currently out of stock or not yet available. Full payment is collected at checkout.
