Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order.

Regular Orders

Cancellations can be made ONLY WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order unless your order has finished processing within those 24 hours. Once your order has completed processing or has passed 24 hours, we do not cancel it. We do our best to process orders very quickly and therefore cannot guarantee any cancellations after the order has been processed or after 24 hours of the order being placed. 

If our system marks your order as “high fraud” we will immediately cancel it. If your order is marked as “low fraud” to “medium fraud” we will attempt to reach out to you via email (if one is provided) to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved or we cannot contact you, we will then cancel the order. 

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it through your customer account. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they cancel their subscription before it renews if they want it cancelled.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so after 2 complete billing cycles. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, through the Manage Subscriptions button on our homepage, or by logging into your account.

If you pay for subscriptions using Shop Pay you will not have your payment methods stored in your customer profiles in your Customer Account. Instead, you will have to make any changes to your subscription (i.e.- updating payment methods, etc.) from within your Shop Pay account. Standard subscription pricing will resume once any promotional periods concludes, and future subscription package orders will be at the original standard price and not the sale price during promotion. This means, if you purchase a subscription package during a promotion, once the promotion has ended the subscription package will go back to it’s original price, and all subscriptions thereafter will be at the original price and not the sale price. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout and then fulfill and ship the order once the item is in stock. 
All pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the order has already finished processing. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
