Our Tallow is biocompatible with human skin making it close to our skin’s natural oils and structure. It is noncomedogenic which means it DOESN’T clog pores! Making it suitable for those with normal, dry, and oilier skin too. Tallow has been used as a natural remedy for moisturizing very dry skin like eczema, as a deep conditioner on the hair and scalp, and even as a diaper rash cream.
Our Tallow Balm has been made with organic beeswax to provide even more protection to very dry, cracked skin, lips, hands, elbows, and heels. Tallow is naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which can help with skin cell renewal and collagen production.
Hemp Seed Oil and Sunflower Seed Oil are both non comedogenic oils and are both rated a “0” on the comedogenic list making them a great non pore clogging oil to add to our tallow balm for those with acne prone skin.
When mixed with beeswax, tallow has a more balm like texture compared to our whipped-lotion versions.

Uses: Only a small amount is needed. Can be used on the face and body, as well as the lips, hands, and feet, but avoid contact with eyes. Always patch test first!
* Avoid putting in direct sunlight or near heat. Avoid using in water as our beef tallow is preservative free. Avoid contact with eyes. Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life. For external use only!

(please note some of the labels may not list Sunflower oil in the ingredients lists however the new ingredients list does have Sunflower oil so they will have Sunflower Oil even if it is not on the label)

Hair Oiling Shedding?
It is important to understand that shedding hair is normal and on average a person will shed between 50-100 hairs a day and some even more! (American Academy of Dermatology). When introducing hair oiling as a first time oiler, the shedding can be alarming, however, it is completely normal!
Massaging and oiling your hair will make the weaker, damaged hair shed out faster to increase the strength of your hair and bring in stronger hair follicles. Shedding from hair oiling is temporary so do not be alarmed. It is normal for someone who is new to oiling their hair to experience shedding at the beginning. Are our products Cruelty Free or Vegan?
All of our products by Nyche Hair are Cruelty Free. About 99% of our Products are Vegan with the exception of our Juicy Twisting Butter that contains Beeswax. However, Beeswax is generally accepted by the Vegan Community.
* Although our products are more plant friendly, we still always recommend everyone to patch test first! Patch test on the back of your hand, arm, or neck. Always read our ingredient lists before use.
Packaging
Each container is recyclable and reusable.
When will I receive my order?
Our processing times are 1-14 business days. Monday-Friday. This does not include holidays or weekends. Be sure to add shipping insurance at checkout to protect your package against loss or theft. Processing times can be extended due to Holidays or other serious circumstances that may arise and customers will be notified if so.
Domestic usually takes 3-5 business days after being shipped and International is usually 6-21 business days after being shipped.
