Our Tallow is biocompatible with human skin making it close to our skin’s natural oils and structure. It is noncomedogenic which means it DOESN’T clog pores! Making it suitable for those with normal, dry, and oilier skin too. Tallow has been used as a natural remedy for moisturizing very dry skin like eczema, as a deep conditioner on the hair and scalp, for dandruff, and even as a diaper rash cream.
Our Tallow Balm has been made with organic beeswax to provide even more protection to very dry, cracked skin, lips, hands, elbows, and heels. Tallow is naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which can help with skin cell renewal and collagen production.
Hemp Seed Oil and Sunflower Seed Oil are both non comedogenic oils and are both rated a “0” on the comedogenic list making them a great non pore clogging oil to add to our tallow balm for those with acne prone skin.
Manuka honey is packed with vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B3, potassium, and zinc. These compounds can help neutralize free radicals that develop after exposure to stressors like stress or sun exposure which can aid in helping with fine lines and wrinkles. Manuka honey is also very hydrating to the skin, has antibacterial benefits, and is a potential ingredient for soothing dry skin.
When mixed with beeswax, tallow has a thick balm like texture compared to our whipped-lotion versions.
Each balm can come with an essential oil. The essential oils add antibacterial benefits and add a light fragrance when it is applied onto the skin.

Uses: Only a small amount is needed. Can be used on the face and body, as well as the lips, hands, and feet, but avoid contact with eyes. Always patch test first!
* Avoid putting in direct sunlight or near heat. Avoid using in water as our beef tallow is preservative free. Avoid contact with eyes. The Balm can harden up more when in colder weather or placed in the fridge, if it does using a small spatula or spoon can help to still scoop it out of the jar. It will still melt into the skin very easily upon use even if hardened). Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life. For external use only!

Hair Oiling Shedding?
We created two oils for your hair oiling and hair growth routines. Our Soothe oil is a thicker oil with essential oils while our Essence oil is a lighter oil with Pumpkin Seed. Both of our oils contain ingredients that have been used for centuries to increase hair growth, length retention, hair shine, prevent scalp dryness, and to strengthen damaged hair.
When it comes to hair shedding, it is important to understand that shedding hair is normal and on average a person will shed between 50-100 hairs a day and some even more! (American Academy of Dermatology). When introducing hair oiling as a first time oiler, the shedding can be alarming, however, it is completely normal!
Massaging and oiling your hair will make the weaker, damaged hair shed out faster to increase the strength of your hair and bring in stronger hair follicles. Shedding from hair oiling is temporary so do not be alarmed. It is normal for someone who is new to oiling their hair to experience shedding at the beginning.
