  • How do I get a refund for shipping issues? We process refunds for shipping issues ONLY if Route shipping insurance is attached to your cart. What is this? It is an insurance agency that works to help protect your package after departure. This option is conveniently attached to your check out. If removed your are held liable for damage, loss and theft. You will not be able to be refunded or locate your package if shipping protection is not added.

We encourage all customers to add shipping protection to their orders. 

Item is LOST when it has not been updated by usps for more than a week after they scanned it in their system

  • I got the wrong item. / My item arrived damaged.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item caused by us, you must email us IMMEDIATELY with picture proof so that we may resolve the issue. Once inspected, If we determine that the damage was caused by a SHIPPING mistake and not by us you must have ROUTE protection in order to file a claim or you will not be able to be refunded. Neeché Hair is NOT responsible for shipping mistakes so we encourage you add shipping protection to your order. 

If we determine the mistake was caused by us or an item was missing or an incorrect item was given, you may be eligible for a refund for the item(s) damaged or missing. Once your refund has been approved a refund (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) will be sent for the item(s) damaged or for the one missing not for the entire order or shipping costs. 

Email at contact@neechehair.com. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. *If Route shipping insurance was not added to order summary you will not be able to be refunded for loss or damages or theft caused by shipping.

  • Potential Scams

Unfortunately we have encountered scam messages requesting refunds for orders that were never placed. Please notice that we have the right to decline any refund requests if we suspect it is a scam and no order number, name, email, phone number, tracking info, and etc. is not found in our system. We have the right to refuse service to those who have repeatedly committed fraudulent chargebacks. We will cancel any orders (and may reach out via your contact info to ensure there is no fraudulent transaction) from customers who attempt to purchase and have been flagged as a potential fraud or who has previously done a fraudulent charge back to us. This is to help protect us from scams and to protect you by making it possible for you to purchase from us.
